Water Resiliency Projects

Unified Water Plan

This project is an initiative by the California Water Institute and the Water Blueprint for the San Joaquin Valley to develop a Unified Water Plan for the region. With a grant from the Bureau of Reclamation, this project will integrate existing water management plans, strategies, and projects across multiple agencies to create a holistic and actionable approach to sustainable water management. The final report, to be submitted to Congress, will outline key needs, project portfolios, and implementation strategies to ensure long-term water resilience in the San Joaquin Valley. Our goal is to bring together stakeholders, maximize existing resources, and drive impactful solutions for one of California’s most critical water regions.
